perfect spot for city exploration and park views

I had a fabulous time enjoying the easy walk to Central Park which allowed me to soak in the greenery amidst the bustling city, and being just a few steps from Times Square really made late-night strolls a breeze, as there's so much to see and do.

The location was perfect, just steps from Times Square. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception. Strong Wi-Fi made my stay enjoyable. 😊...

Great location and friendly staff!

I had a wonderful stay with a perfect location just steps from Times Square. The room was clean and decently sized for NYC, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although there was some street noise at night, it didn't overshadow the fantastic experience in such a vibrant area.

Had a wonderful time! The cozy atmosphere of the common lounge and the relaxing rooftop terrace were perfect for winding down after a day in the city. Only wish the air conditioning was a bit quieter, but it didn't spoil our experience at all! 😊

Perfect for a Family with kids

The staff were really helpful in getting us checked in early so we could settle before our evening plans. We stored our bags before check-in and after check-out without any issues, which made our trip less of a hassle and more of a pleasure....  

The room was clean, but the lack of water in the hotel was inconvenient.

This place suits me perfectly with its strong wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!...

The room's spacious layout allowed us to move comfortably. The cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout our six-night visit.

However, the check-in process took longer than expected, which was frustrating.

The location of St James is perfect, just a block away from Times Square and within walking distance to Central Park and Grand Central Station. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed for restful nights. Additionally, the staff were...  

Wi-Fi was fast and my room had a large flat-screen TV. The lift was slow.

The One King Bed Room was super spacious and really clean! It was on one of the top floors, so I didn’t hear much noise from the street, which was a huge plus. The bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly, especially Joseph and Esmeralda. The decor is a bit outdated, but everything worked fine. The AC was a little loud sometimes, but it kept the room cool enough. Overall, a solid spot for being so close to Times Square!

Clean, comfy, and super convenient!

Just spent 3 nights in a cozy room. The location is perfect for hitting Times Square and Central Park. The staff are amazing and super helpful. Only issue was the beds were a bit hard for my taste. Plus, the cleaning staff kept everything really tidy. Don't miss the deli next door for breakfast!

We had a cozy stay where the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the ice available behind the bar was a nice touch. The bathroom was bright and clean, perfect for freshening up after a day out. I'd definitely choose this place again, especially for such an outstanding experience!
